A personalized employment pass is a type of work visa pass issued to highly qualified professionals depending on the strict criteria that every individual should follow to get eligible. This pass is not tied with any of the specific employers. After the applicants get a personalized employment pass, they do not have to reapply for the pass if there is any change in the employer.

All the submitted documents should be in English. If the documents are not in English, you will require translating them into English by a certified language translation service and submitting the translated copy with the original copy.
An applicant who is a PEP holder or any of the employment agents can proceed to cancel the PEP if the pass holder has not been employed for more than a period of 6 months. You can cancel the pass immediately on the EP system online. If you are proceeding to cancel the pass, ensure the Short-term visit pass for 30 days. Moreover, if you are(PEP holder) still in Singapore, you will get your pass within one week of cancellation.
If the PEP card is damaged, lost, or stolen, then the PEP holder itself or any of the employment has to request the replacement within seven days. At the time of stolen, the pass holder has to file a police report.
Note: The police report should be translated into English by taking up the language translation services.
