The name on the degree is not spelt like the passport. What now?
Very common, and easy to handle. We write the name exactly as the degree shows it. Then we add one short line saying this is the same person as the passport. Send the passport page with the degree so we can see both spellings on day one.
The university already gave an English copy. Do I still need you?
Sometimes not, and we will tell you so. If the school itself printed and sealed that English version, it often stands on its own. But an English copy typed by a study agent is a different thing. Send us a photo and we will say which one you are holding.
Do you need the real paper, or is a phone photo enough?
A clear photo is enough for the whole job. We work from the image and send back a PDF. You never post the original to us, so it cannot get lost. Just make sure the back page and every stamp sit inside the photo as well.
The college has closed down. Can the paper still be used?
Our side of the job does not change. We put the paper into English just as it was printed, closed school or not. Whether the officer accepts the school is a separate question for them. What we can do is make sure nothing on that page is unclear.
